- Competitor Analysis: understanding where you stand to your competitors helps you identify gaps in the market and opportunities to differentiate
- Brand Personality: this is the human characteristics associated with your brand. Are you playful and fun, or serious and professional? Your personality should align with your target audience's preferences
- Consistent Messaging: your positioning should be reflected in all your communications, from advertising to customer service interactions
