By the time you finish the Processes Stage, you should be able to quickly share metrics on nearly every aspect of your organization. Metrics around where prospects are within the journey and potential pipeline, sales conversions and days to close and customer engagements within your platform ensure that they remain sticky and don't churn out.
At this stage, you should be able to quickly find prospects who match your ideal customer profile and convert them into paying customers. Upon achieving this, you'll be able to go back to your original investors or potential new ones and share that you are ready for the next stage and ask for your next series of funding.
