Sales Executive

A Sales Executive is responsible for using their knowledge of brand services to connect with SaaS prospects and generate sales.

Contract • Cary, North Carolina or USA Remote

Sales Executive

A Sales Executive's duties include developing sales pitches to sell products or services, making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers, and maintaining documentation of their sales like invoices or client contracts.

Working primarily with SaaS startups, a working experience with like-minded individuals can prove helpful in understanding how to communicate with people who pretty much just hit the lottery and may or may not understand to budget, delegate, or handle the next steps as they continue to scale and grow their SaaS platform.

This role will report directly to the Founder, Josh Hines.

Must Have Experience

  • Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP®)
  • Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships, and network
  • Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
  • Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of our services to prospects

Nice To Have Experience

  • HubSpot Inbound Sales, Frictionless, Sales Management, or Sales Software Certifications
  • Working experience using CRM HubSpot to manage prospect engagements
  • Working experience using Pitch to design service presentations
  • Working experience using ABM sales and marketing tactics
  • Working experience with HubSpot chat software

Core Responsibilities Include

  • Be knowledgeable about the product
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Emphasize the benefits of our processes to highlight how they solve customer problems
  • Answer questions about the services
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
  • Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities

Areas Of Knowledge And Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Position Compensation

The salary range for this position, depending on experience and qualifications, is between 5-10% commissions, equivalent to $129,600 - $259,200 when you meet expectations, minimum, plus potential bonuses based on individual performance, objectives, and key results.
