The reason I shared not getting ahead of yourself back in the Foundations Guide is that at this stage of the journey, it really is like firing a rocket into space, it's either going to make it or you're going to hear your team screaming, "Houston, we have a problem," and you'll be hearing those problems loud and clear at this stage.
Building a stable foundation and documenting clear processes makes this stage all the easier to accomplish. The main reason very few make it to this stage is that they skip the previous and try to jump too early and end up failing miserably.
At this stage, you're managing 100s of team members and your customers are expecting a near-flawless experience when using your platform.
Are you ready to see if all the work you put in is going to make it through the fire of the market furnace and see if you will be able to achieve unicorn status?

Izosimov in 2008 for an article in Harvard Business Review.
In doing so effectively, achieving $100M ARR and Unicron Status is inevitable.
