A Mix Of Structure & Experimentation

My father was in the army. I never served myself but a lot of the structure, responsibility, and discipline he learned while serving, I picked up on while I was a kid, usually out of necessity when I was getting in trouble.

When thinking about the ways of working with clients and the team, I wanted to create a system that:

• Offered an efficient process and was well-organized
• Presented clear outcomes and objectives that were measurable
• Allowed us to connect with clients regularly and keep everyone informed on what was working and any changes
• Gain insights about the platform, new developments/functionality
• Get feedback about prospect/customer interactions that could be used to make marketing better

This process would ensure everyone had a clear plan and knew what our responsibilities were but then get back to what we each do best and enjoy doing.

When thinking through the first few months of working with us, we follow the pattern of understanding, designing, executing, and reflecting throughout our working relationship.
