When deciding whether to hire in-house or outsource your marketing services, this is a question you need to ask yourself. Usually, we work with more technical founders or small teams who don't have experience in marketing and sales or the time to execute everything. In these cases, outsourcing operations to a trusted partner makes sense, it's a personal question you ask yourself as the founder or manager.

  • How Fast Is Work Completed

On average, requests will be fulfilled within 2-3 business days. Depending on the scope of the request, it can be fulfilled as soon as a couple of hours or as long as a few weeks. Fractional CMO Questions

  • What Are The Biggest Challenges For A CMO These Days

One of the biggest challenges for a modern-day CMO is the ability to balance all the different areas of marketing, keeping up with the ever-changing competitive landscape, technology, and the speed in which this all changes while at the same time not getting distracted by the newest shiny software solution.

A true CMO is multifaceted: they're a data junky, artist, brand manager, sales advocate, event manager, digital executioner, and project manager - and a good marketing leader is able to connect all these areas and build the right working contracts among their peers and everyone across the entire organization.

  • How Do You Approach Branding & Marketing

Contineofy Fractional CMOs aren't hired to create your platform brand, our CMOs focus on driving revenue and setting you up for success so that you can continue down the path towards $100M and an exit or IPO.

If you're looking for someone to build out your branding material, website, or other core materials, we'll work with you in finding the right team to complete this work and manage their team on your behalf.

  • How Do You Balance Inbound And Outbound Marketing

Our Fractional CMO will look into both situations to assist you in both short-term and long-term growth. In the beginning stages, it's important to ensure you find product-market-fit so Inbound Strategies aren't as effective in the short-term to understand how people will engage with your brand, furthermore, if you're marketing something new that people aren't familiar with, you must use Outbound Marketing to get prospects' attention.

  • What's On Your Marketing Dashboard

Working with SaaS Platforms in the early stages it's really about driving awareness, leads, and revenue regardless of whom its' from. Yes, you have an idea of whom you want to target, but right now it's about reaching as many types of people as possible and driving awareness for your platform than it is worrying about CAC, LTV, and who is most likely to churn out.

At the beginning of your SaaS journey it's about acquiring customers and then evolving as you find out how people engage with your platform and then building out ideal customer profiles, reducing CAC, and targeting groups of people who have low churn rates and drive high LTV.

  • What Pricing Frameworks Do You Advocate

Our Fractional CMOs are comfortable working in traditional situations based on user seats or system usage but are experienced with trial, freemium, and product-led growth environments.

  • Are Fractional CMOs Consultants Or Executioners

Our Fractional CMOs can work in both situations, either they can consult you on who to hire and what software to use, or they can roll up their sleeves and integrate and set up a system for you, afterward, share with you how to use them and build dashboards to monitor their performance.

Digital Advertising Questions

  • What Are The Goals Of Digital Advertising

While Demand Generation goals are driving MQL and SQL, digital advertising goals focus more on driving awareness, conversions, and increasing lead scores rather than revenue.

If you want to build a revenue-generating engine, we recommend discussing our Fractional CMO services as they focus on the entire journey and not specific moments.

  • How Do Search Advertisements Work

To begin, we start by carefully selecting a curated list of research-backed and optimized keywords. These keywords are strategically chosen to align with what users typically search for related to your SaaS Platform on search engines like Google.

Once we have identified these keywords, our team works on developing and crafting compelling advertising creative. This creative is specifically designed to effectively market your SaaS Platform, ensuring that your advertisement appears when users search for relevant terms.

Under the payment model known as Cost per Click (CPC), you will be charged each time a user clicks on your advertisement and is directed to your website. The specific amount you will pay for each click is determined by a preset "maximum bid" that you set based on your budgetary preferences.

It's important to note that the CPC can be influenced by various factors. These factors include the quality of your advertising account structure, the effectiveness of your advertising creative, and the relevance of your advertisements to the keywords being targeted. Taking these factors into consideration can help optimize your CPC and maximize the value of your advertising investment.

  • How Do Social Media Advertisements Work

Paid social media advertising and paid search advertising share a common feature in that they are often charged on a pay-per-click (PPC) basis, meaning that you only pay for the traffic that clicks through to your website from the ad. However, there are two key differences between the two types of advertising:

Firstly, paid social media advertising targets potential buyers at different stages of their buyer's journey, including awareness, consideration, and decision-making, while paid search advertising mostly focuses on people in the consideration and decision stages.

Secondly, paid social media advertising is considered "passive" because the ad is delivered to people who match specific audience criteria, while paid search advertising is considered "active" because the ad is delivered to people based on their keyword searches on platforms like Google and YouTube.

  • How Do Display Advertisements Work

Display advertising encompasses banner ads that can be either static, featuring text and images, or interactive, incorporating rich media elements. The effectiveness of these ads relies on their creativity, as more imaginative and engaging ads tend to leave a lasting impression and contribute to increased awareness among your intended audience. While display ads can vary in design, they all share a common objective: to prompt viewers to take action by clicking and exploring your brand's offerings online.

  • How Do Video Advertisements Work

Utilizing visual storytelling in your marketing strategy through video advertising can foster a deeper personal bond between consumers and your brand. By incorporating video ads alongside other advertising formats, you can expand your audience, enhance product recognition, and elevate the overall performance metrics of your marketing campaigns.

  • How Do Audio Advertisements Work

Audio advertising presents marketers with a unique chance to engage with audiences as they indulge in their favorite content across a range of audio platforms, such as audiobooks, podcasts, and streaming playlists.

  • When Will I Start Seeing Results

Typically, within 1-3 weeks following the kick-off call, you can expect to have a revamped set of advertisements prepared for launch. Afterward, we will diligently work on revising and optimizing your advertisements to ensure they align with your goals and deliver optimal results.

  • Do You Offer Programmatic Advertising Services

We can manage programmatic advertising for your SaaS platform HubSpot audiences based on your CRM data to change the type of ads your contacts see automatically based on how they have engaged with your brand in the past.

  • Do I Need To Create The Content For Advertising

Contineofy doesn't create any marketing and sales collateral on your behalf, we organize and execute the distribution of it using Hubspot and advertising platforms. However, we can project manage, the creation of collateral, with third parties if you'd like.

  • How Will You Measure The Performance Of Digital Advertising

We utilize a range of metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital advertisements. These metrics include reach, engagement, click-through rates (CTR), conversions, cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall campaign performance. By closely monitoring these key performance indicators (KPIs), we are able to assess the performance of your advertisements and make informed decisions to enhance your outcomes based on data analysis.

The main metric measured is conversions. Are prospects taking the actions designed to move them down the buyer's journey?

Email Marketing Questions

  • What Email Platforms Do You Work With

We currently only send out emails using HubSpot. In the future, we may offer additional platforms as we grow the Contineofy brand.

  • What's An Ideal Email List Size

There isn't an ideal email list size, we work with any size. Just like social media followers, you could have 500,000 followers, if only 25 people are purchasing your platform, the rest are there to just be entertained, the same goes for your email list.

  • How Many Emails Do You Send Out Monthly

There's no magic number to the amount of emails you should be sending each month. Depending on the buying cycle of your platform, more email touches may be necessary. Email nurtures are developed by experimenting and analyzing the data to see what works.

  • Can You Build Automated Email Nurture Programs

Working with popular email service providers, we can build out automated email nurtures based on prospect engagements, CRM triggers, or lead scoring. These nurture programs can be executed in any of the lifecycle stages; marketing, sales, or customer success.

Landing Page Questions

  • Where Do You Build Landing Pages

As a Hubspot Solutions Partner, our go-to landing page builder is HubSpot.

  • Are Landing Pages Designed For Multiple Purposes

All the landing pages we design, have a strong correlation to where the traffic being directed towards it is coming from.

We personalize every landing page for a specific goal. We never drive different traffic to a single landing page, this may result in a disconnect between what the audience expects and what they see.

  • Will My Landing Page Be Designed For Mobile

When designing landing pages, we test how they work on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices to ensure the experience is clean regardless of where your contacts interact.

  • How Will I Track Landing Page Performance

Using HubSpot, we'll add landing page conversions to a dashboard so you can see how each landing page performs, and how it's attribution to generating revenue.

Billing Questions
  • What Are Your Contract, Fee, Payment, And Pay-For-Performance Terms

Two types of potential subscriptions that may be established between Contineofy and its clients.

    Marketing Operations Subscriptions

Recurring Marketing Operations Subscriptions are services that repeat every month. Recurring payments are processed every 31 days. Our pricing does not include advertising spend or technology as those fees are paid directly to advertising channels and software providers by the client.

Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Subscription

If you want to delegate your marketing strategy and system, we can provide a CMO to assist you in growing your SaaS brand, this also is a reoccurring service starting at 10 hours per week. Recurring payments are processed every 31 days.

    Pay-For-Performance

We do not offer pay-for-performance terms with our agreements due to the long-term approach of a quality program. For this reason, only a small percentage of your investment can be measured for ROI within the same period that the investment was made - the majority of your investment will result in assets that drive audience growth long after our work is done and ROI is variable depending on your platform capabilities and sales execution.

  • What Is Your Subscription Payment Process
